What is My Name??

The actual name of the Prophet's Ummah is Muslim, but Muslims have adopted many nicknames and titles to express their identity, dogma, group, system, and way of thinking, to distinguish themselves from others.

However, mere good names do nothing. Moreover, just names cannot lead to a closeness to Allah. If a person is devoid of faith and righteous deeds, then only the name is of no use. Whether they keep:

  • Ahlul Hadith

  • Ahlus Sunnah

  • Ahlur Rasool

Or they name themselves:

  • Deobandi

  • Qasimi

  • Salafi

  • Raza Khani

  • Naqshbandi

  • Tablighi

  • Jamati

Or any other similar names.
