Is not taking off your Hijab, mixing with the opposite gender, going out freely, and showing your charms to the people.
Development is to feed your mind with beneficial knowledge, obey your Lord and your Prophet SAW.
Showing your beauty and body in order to get fame and followers is counterproductive, they won't benefit you at all in the Aakhirah.
Becoming famous and achieving immortality by leaving behind a lasting legacy is a western concept. A Muslimah, on the contrary, strives to maintain a low profile.
She seeks not recognition, nor does she hanker after fame. She seeks but the pleasure of her Lord.
Great Muslimahs are everywhere. They are all around us. We don't see them because they don't wish to be seen. They shun ostentation and publicity; and work tirelessly and quietly, because they seek not the temporal Dunya but the Eternal Hereafter.
My Sisters and Daughters, you may distinguish yourself through writing books, composing meaningful poems, teaching students, raising righteous children, rendering selfless service to your community, devising solutions and many more fruitful activities.
Know that the good works of a believer never go in vain.
